The American Iron Sport Foundation offers a wide range of programs and events to foster a community of inclusivity by allowing participants of all backgrounds to establish sustainable lifestyle change. AISF offers a hand up, not a hand out. 

Building confidence through strength is a cornerstone at AISF:

• The confidence to climb the mountain that you've always wanted to climb
• The confidence to try a new hobby or start a new project
• The confidence in your own strength to make changes to your lifestyle, routine and diet
• The confidence to live life without limiting your beliefs

After joining our programs, participants are forever a part of our “Family of Iron”. These new family members are chosen because they are committed to putting in the work, they are committed to the process, and they understand that lifestyle change takes lifelong effort and dedication to yourself. The Family of Iron is comprised of those who will hold themselves accountable, so that they may return and help mentor others.
